I am the punishment of God.
If you had not committed great sins,
God would not have sent
a punishment like me upon you.

Rules of Engagement
*NB* Failure to read these rules is your problem - not mine.
1. Snipering is considered an act of war. If you cleared the city you provide the report of the clearing. If I cleared it, the city is mine. If neither party has a report of proof the current occupant retains the city unless I decide otherwise.
Failure to respond to my diplomacy in a positive manner within 12 hours results directly in offensive actions.
Someone asking you to noble a village being cleared and nobled by me or one of our members is considered sniping and the sniper is held accountable for all resources lost in this manner by them and me having to retake it by force. This may result in the aquisition of one of more of your cities for offending me or trying to stall.
2. If you have insubstantial troops in defence, you are a weak player and do not deserve your city. Such players will be either farmed or nobled regardless of tribe or affiliation. I do not see this as an act of war. I see it as a culling of the meek.
3. Sending messages/invitations to me regarding joining your tribe is considered poaching and an act of war.
This includes asking me if I am happy in my tribe, if I am thinking of moving somewhere else, if I would consider moving to your tribe and pretty much any form of communication that is designed to open discourse regarding my allegiances.
I decide whether or not communications with me fall under this rule - not you. So think very carefully about what you put in your mails. Break this rule and your name will be placed in my little black book to be executed.
4. Whining is considered an act of war.
5. Nobling my farms is considered an act of war. If you haven't cleared it, don't touch it if it is in my area.
6. Contacting the incorrect person in game regarding your query is considered an act of war.
7. Asking for advice or tips from me is considered an act of war.
8. Backstabbing me is considered an act of war.
9. Attacking my cities is considered an act of war, this includes scouting.
10. Refusal to compensate me for in game disputes is considered an act of war.
11. Asking me to become a member of a family tribe is an act of war. Asking if your tribe can become a branch of my tribe is considered an act of war.
Please note: I HATE family tribes with a passion.
12. Harbouring refugees (players I have had problems with in any way shape or form) is considered to be an act of war. If I advise you its a refugee and you choose to keep the player without reaching a diplomatic solution within 24 hours war will ensue against any and all of your members in my vicinity. I will migrate if necessary to come after you.
13. Trying to twist or use any of my rules to: insinuate that I should attack friends, manipulate my thoughts, insinuate inconsistent behaviour on my part or any other kind of subversion is considered an act of war. I am the ultimate judge of your intentions - NOT YOU.
14. Borrowing my description is NOT considered an act of war if you get prior approval from me AND ensure to insert who exactly you borrowed the description from in your profile.
15. Having villages in my church radii and nobling farms is allowed if my consent is sought. However, this is subject to a monthly tax which involves the nobling of your largest village. This is not considered an act of war as you are using the resources that are on my lands in cities I cleared. It is no different than taxation by the governing body.
16. Failure to read my Rules of Engagement prior to engaging with me is an act of war.
17. Supporting a player that I am attacking is an act of war regardless of whether you are a tribemate or ally or friend with benefits. If you support a player I am attacking I will attack unprovoked any of your cities or a member of your tribe's cities as punishment REGARDLESS of who you are.
You accept these Rules of Engagement by existing on K44 or any continent connected directly to it.
