I consider anything in my 15x15 to be "mine". If you want to avoid problems, check with me first ;) Don't come complaining afterwards if it goes awry.
This includes:

For those applying to BD:
This is not a tribe which accepts people easily. If you can't bother to write a decent application, i won't bother to write a decent reply. Just asking "can i join" is not a decent application. Give it some thought, you want us to do the same after all.
